Kurt Bruner
President, HomePointe Inc.
Kurt is president of HomePointe Inc. and serves as pastor of spiritual formation at large with Lake Pointe Church and on the adjunct faculty with Dallas Theological Seminary. Kurt helps church leaders inspire spiritual formation at home. The best-selling author of many books, including It Starts At Home, Kurt is a former Vice President with Focus on the Family where he led the teams creating films, books, magazines, Adventures in Odyssey radio and other tools for intentional families. Tim Goodyear
Chief Operating Officer, HomePointe Inc.
Tim serves as the chief operating officer for HomePointe Inc. and loves to help leaders work through the process of exploring and implementing HomePointe and Faith Path. A former engineer, Tim graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and served as associate pastor of spiritual formation with Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, Texas. As discipleship & family pastor with the 1600 member Mountain Park Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona, he launched HomeTeam and Relay as customized versions of HomePointe and Faith Path. Steve Stroope
Senior Pastor, Lake Pointe Church
Steve is the Senior Pastor of Lake Pointe Church – a 15,000 member multi-site church based in Rockwall, Texas. A sought after speaker, and leadership coach, Steve is the author of Tribal Church, a book that challenges senior leaders to create a strategy for spiritual formation at home. Lydia Randall
HomePointe Director, Lake Pointe Church
Lydia serves as the Director of HomePointe at Lake Pointe Church. She is the creator of the Faith Path strategy and is the author of My Faith Box. Lydia has been on staff at Lake Pointe since 1996, serving in both children and HomePointe ministries. Lydia is the author of My Faith Box (purchase My Faith Box for your church here).
