The HomePointe Center offers both a physical and online connection point for your families, so they can deepen their relationship with your church.
Your HomePointe center can be as dramatic as a house sitting in the middle of main-street or as subtle as a kiosk on the wall. Either way, allocating space to the priority of home makes an ongoing statement about the priority of families in your church and makes it easy for them to do the right thing.
HomePointe Campaigns
Build a marriage and family emphasis into your existing ministry calendar with semi-annual campaigns that create a larger context for facilitating your HomePointe Appraisal and Plans with the congregation.
Currently, HomePointe offers partners more than 15 customizable campaigns that can be implemented at your church. One of them is described in this short video.
Faith Path Kits
On select birthdays every child’s parents receive an email from the pastor offering a free kit that will train and jump-start them on the age-appropriate strategy for their child’s faith formation from birth through age eighteen.
Parents of a three-year-old will learn to launch a blessing routine, while parents of pre-teens will be equipped to have “The Talk” with their emerging adolescent.
Each kit includes a training video, guide, starter ideas and other helpful elements that can be picked-up from the HomePointe Center or downloaded from the church website.
Digital Family Season Tools
We provide links and access passwords for your church website that inspire and equip families with life-season specific tools. Topics include every Faith Path step and key family transitions and challenges. One more way to make it easy and more likely your families will become intentional at home.
120-Day Plans
Invite every adult to complete an Appraisal and Plan several times per year. Designed to be facilitated in any context (worship service, small groups, counseling sessions, individually, etc.) the goal is for every family to assess how they’ve done the past 120 days and decide what small steps they can take in the next.
Family Season Pointers
With more than two dozen topics, HomePointe Pointers provide a biblical perspective on common family seasons and challenges along with recommended “going further” resources (free and/or for purchase) and a description of ministry programs or a contact person at your church to support each situation.
Recipe Cards
The best intentions are useless without practical ideas to bring faith home. Recipe Cards are a low-cost,
versatile resource that makes it easy for couples, parents and grandparents to do the right thing. They also serve as an ideal tool for motivating seasonal intentionality on holidays such as Father’s Day, Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving.
